What's the differences between Magnafolate and folic acid ?

2022-01-18

Magnafolate® is the patented C crystal L-methylfolate calcium that we spent 14 years successfully developing and protected by 61 global patents.

With its unique C crystal form, it solves the global difficulty of poor stability of active folate completely.

It’s the most stable, purest and the most safe folate source on the planet.

Also, Magnafolate has approved NDI/FDA, self-affirmed GRAS, ISO22000(HACCP), Kosher, halal, etc.

Comparing to folic acid, Magnafolate has the following differences.

1. There are around 40% person have the MTHFR gene defect, thus folic acid can’t be absorbed by these people.

While Magnafolate can be absorbed directly and is suitable for all person.

2. Folic acid would bring the unmetabolized folic acid (UMFA). While Magnafolate won't bring it and is much safer with MTD≥15g/kg.

BTW, UMFA will build up in our body, disrupt our normal folate metabolism and bring a lot of healthy issues, such as Childhood autism,Gestational diabetes mellitus, decreasing immunity, etc.
